An expired contractor never gets the job.

What agents ask first
- We already use rental accounting software. Do we have to switch?
- No. Keep whatever runs your rent and trust accounts. Crooh only handles how the building physically runs: maintenance, inspections, compliance and contractors. It sits alongside your financial system, not over it.
- Do tenants have to install an app?
- No. Tenants report on WhatsApp with a photo and get status updates there. There is nothing to install and no login to remember.
- What if my contractor isn’t on Crooh?
- Dispatch to them anyway. They get the job card without needing an account. Contractors who join the Crooh network sign the job off on their own phones, even when they work for another company.
- How does this help with deposit disputes?
- Inspections are room by room with photos. When the tenant signs, the record locks and nobody can edit it later. You can share it with the owner as a secure link.
- What does it cost?
- Your first month is free. After that, from R99 per unit per month, lower with volume. Month to month, no lock-in. Contractors who join the Crooh network pay for their own licence.
- Is our data safe?
- Crooh processes tenant and owner details as an operator under POPIA. Your data stays yours, you can export it on request, and it is deleted when you leave.
That’s a finished repair.
Signed on site by the technician and locked, so nobody can change the record later.
